My Story

I’m Suzi Lee, the heart behind Nothing Ventured. Travel has always been more than just holidays for me, it’s about adventure, discovery, and those moments that truly broaden your perspective. Born in the UAE and having lived across the UK, US and beyond, I was lucky to experience diverse cultures from a young age. That upbringing sparked my passion for exploring the world and sharing its magic which I now do with my husband, Mr Lee.

With my qualifications in Leisure & Tourism and Operational Management (both Distinction), plus a degree in Criminology & Psychology, I bring a unique mix of cultural insight, strategic know-how, and customer care to every trip I design. As a member of the Chartered Management Institute, I’m also committed to delivering excellence and keeping your travel experience seamless.

From monthly UK & Eurpoean city breaks to luxury escapes in the Maldives, Caribbean and Thailand, we have travelled extensively and experienced firsthand what makes a journey unforgettable. My mission is simple: to inspire and empower you to explore the world, whether that’s rediscovering hidden gems closer to home or indulging in once-in-a-lifetime adventures abroad.

As an Independent Travel Advisor, I work in partnership with Independent Travel Experts (ITE), who are part of The Travel Network Group (TTNG), one of the UK’s most established and trusted travel consortia.
