Accessibility Statement | Nothing Ventured Travel
Our Commitment
At Nothing Ventured Travel, we believe that the world should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to ensuring that our digital experience—from browsing our Curator’s Library to completing The Design Brief, is inclusive and accessible to all travellers, regardless of ability or technology.
Compliance Status
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our website is currently partially compliant, as we continue to work on improving the experience for every user.
Accessibility Features on This Site
You should be able to:
-
Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen.
-
Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard or speech recognition software.
-
Listen to the website using a screen reader (including the latest versions of JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver).
-
Experience high-contrast visuals and clear heading structures designed for readability.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we are aware of some current limitations:
-
Third-Party Content: Some digital brochures in The Curatoratory (such as those from Beachcomber or If Only) are provided by partners. While we choose partners who value accessibility, these PDFs may not be fully optimized for screen readers.
-
Maps: Interactive maps may be difficult to navigate via keyboard; however, we provide essential location details in plain text where possible.
